We deliver throughout South Africa. The online shop price for individual gifts includes VAT but not delivery. Delivery costs are displayed on the checkout page once you’ve entered the delivery address, or on quote for multiple / custom orders.
Gift delivery by Courier
Please allow for 2 – 5 business days for order processing, unless specifically arranged otherwise, to ensure your gift arrives on time. Courier costs per individual gift basket/box ordered – deliveries Monday to Friday working hours only:
- Local Delivery Option – usually next day Cape Town – courier delivery charge is R 45
- Standard National Delivery option – average 3 working days to major centers in South Africa outside of Cape Town and surrounds, up to 5 working days for more outlying areas – with a charge of R 75
- Optional Expedited National Delivery option – the R 125 overnight air to all major centers takes 2 days (if you order today, we pack and send for delivery the next working day morning, courier delivers the next working day). Some outlying areas will still take longer if air is not an option to your far-from-major-center destination.
We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time on a certain dates outside of Cape Town as we rely on 3rd party couriers and even though we always do our best to time it for your preferred delivery date – errors can creep in from time to time.
We do not provide same day delivery service, these gifts take time to lovingly pack.
Hand delivery in CAPE Town
The hand-delivery option is only offered periodically for special occasions or by pre-agreed special arrangement for corporate orders, to addresses within range of our studio in Cape Town.
Corporate Gift delivery
Delivery costs for multiple gifts / custom corporate gift orders will be calculated based on location/s in South Africa and the volume and weight of orders and included in the quote.
Our Commitment to Eco-Friendly Packaging
Preserving the environment is one of our core values. The cardboard boxes and packing materials in your box are bio-degradable and/or recycled. We pack our orders with the minimal amount of packaging required to safely transport your treasures. Please consider keeping packaging where possible for reuse. Do you Deliver Internationally?
No, unfortunately not. We can receive orders from most countries globally but we only ship to South Africa currently. Payments are processed in ZAR (South African Rands). For any problems making payment from international banks or currencies, we can provide a PayPal invoice as an alternative on request.
